An Investigation on Anatomic and Morphological Characteristic Structure of Parasites on Squalius cephalus L. 1758 from Lake Dam Serban, Afyonkarahisar
Abstract :
In this study, the presences of endohelminth parasite fauna on 114 Squalius cephalus (L.) from Serban Dam Lake, Turkey were investigated between February 2009 and August 2010. In the end of this study, five parasite species were identified. Gyrodactylus sp., Dactylogyrus vistulae, Caryophyllaeus brachycollis, Biacetabulum appendiculatum, Bothriocephalus acheilognathi. The anatomic and morphological characteristic structure of the each of the parasite species were described and shown in figures.
