Designing of Silo Automation Control System with Fuzzy Logic Controller
Abstract :
With global warming and climate change, water and wheat is expected to be two basic needs of humanity in the future. Researches show that loses, nearly 13 million tons due to improper storage of grain, nearly 100 million tons of grain due to pests per year worldwide. In this article, differently the existing silos of automation systems, design and implementation of the air compressor silo automation system is presented to make operations such as disinfection, transfer, air conditioning via Fuzzy Logic Control. As a result of this study, temperature and humidity values of grain stored in silos were measured via an electronic circuit and it was provided to store the grain at the appropriate temperature and humidity via the PC software. The silo automation system was performed by reporting the intake, sale, transfer and disinfection operations of grain via the pc software.
