Improvement of Pedestrian Safety Conditions in Frontal Impacted Traffic Accidents Using TRIZ Approach
Abstract :
In recent years, parallel with developments in automotive technology, considering the Euro NCAP pedestrian safety standards have become much more important. Automotive manufacturers develop many active and passive safety systems involving pedestrians to ensure these standards. In this study, how can be pedestrian security situation in case of accident better using TRIZ methodology is examined. Pedestrian safety problem in traffic accidents will get ideal final result with TRIZ tools such as ideality, contradictions, inventive principles and standards, sample technological development. Four different innovative solutions which is gained from implementation of TRIZ tools are evaluated in terms of cost and applicability end of the study.
