Title Of Article :
Investigation Optimal Hall Sensors Position and Their Effects On Brushless Direct Current Motor (BLDCM)
Abstract :
In this study hall sensor’s location for optimal operating range of bipolar brushless direct current motor (BLDCM) has been investigated experimentally.Since the 900 angle between magnetic axis of rotor and stator that motor operates in the most efficient way for classical direct current machines corresponds to 60° and 120° in BLDCM. The reflected advantages and disadvantages on motor parameters with the different rotor and stator magnetic axis s angle is searched. It is a quite difficult task to determine the exact and accurate rotor position to locate the hall sensor in a way that will have the most efficient impact on the operation parameters of a motor. In addition to the oretical work needs to be done carefully in experimental studies are required. To measure efficiency location of the hall sensors, moment, current and current harmonics are also considered, and a comparative analysis is performed. Results of this study are supported by the oretical information as well.
