Abstract :
In this study, Cirsium aggregatum Ledeb. which is known from only two localities in Turkey, wascollected for the first time from Artvin, Ardanuç town, Kordevan Dagı. Morphological characteristicswere detailed, stem and cypsela anatomy, cypsela micromormorphology, and cytological characteristics were investigated. Results obtained from this study were compared the data present in literature.
