Synthesis of N‐Aryl‐N ‐Heteroaryl‐Substituted Urea Derivatives
Abstract :
In this study, N‐[4‐(1H‐benzimidazol‐2‐yl)‐2‐thiazolyl]‐N ‐phenyl urea derivatives, which are biologically active and contain benzimidazole, thiazole and urea group at the same times, were synthesized from ophenylen diamine at first time. Synthesized compounds were characterized using the IR, LC‐MS, 1H and 13C NMR Spectroscopy methods.
