Abstract :
1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles are obtained in high yields via one-pot three components reaction (TCC), coupling alkyl bromide , sodium azide and phenylacetylene and catalyzed by Cu I (10%), under ultrasonic irradiations at room temperature. The use of water as a medium’’green solvent’’ makes this process safe, economic and environmental friendly (green chemistry).
