Abstract :
In the present investigation, we worked on isolation and elucidation of endophytic fungi secondary metabolites. We were interested by isolation of two endophytic fungi, Embellisia eureka and Neonectria macrodidyma as new producers of Brefeldin A and 3,4-dihydro-3,4,8-trihydroxy-1[2H]-naphthalenone. The fungi were isolated from two Moroccan plant species, respectively are Mentha pulegium and Cladanthus Arabicus. From embellisia we isolated the 3,4,8- trihydroxy-1[2H]-naphthalenone and from the second fungi we isolated the Brefeldin A. The characterization and structure elucidation were done by using chromatography technics, high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS), mass spectrometry LC-MS/MS, NMR and crystal diffraction X-Ray (DRX) analysis.
