The mold design and analysis of cremaer body used in milking machines with solid works–moldflow x press program
Abstract :
In this study, the templet of cremaer body used in milking facilities has been designed with Solid Works and its analyses have been implemented with the MoldflowXpress module which is in the program. Before mold production, in the ambient of BDT, many mold parameters have been analyzed, and with the studies achieved, it has been enabled for the prototype mold that will provide the truest part to be produced, to be obtained. In the system whose design was made, Solid WORKS 2007 packet programme has been used, and basic parameters of the mold have been counted and determined. With the study carried out, it has been aimed to minimize the missing of time during the design of plastic injection molds and manufacturing. Besides this, it has been aimed to increase the quality of product by determining the most proper injection access position of the mold.
