Abstract :
Environmental issues has come to the forefront of nowadays, CFC (chlorofluorocarbon) and HCFC (hydrochlorofluorocarbons) refrigerants, damage to the ozone layer, they are restricted use and partly was terminated. Because of this refrigerants global warming potentials (GWP) and ozone depletion potentials are highly, this refrigerants to alternative refrigerants search has to come. İn this study global warming potential is lower new refrigerants HFO-1234ze in basic cooling system thermodynamic analyses theoretical investigate. For calculation Engineering Equations Solver (EES) program was used . The system under the same conditions HFO-1234ze and R134a fluid and were made according to exergy efficiency and the cooling coefficient of performance comparison.
