Title Of Article :
Topologic performance comparisons of zigbee based sensor network used for a smart tracking system
Abstract :
Sensor network which is a wireless network class are pervaded in a lot of areas of usage at a time that is nowadays wireless systems are entegrated each pieces of life. Zigbee techbology is one of the most efficient wireless sensor network technologies, too. In this practice, effects of topological setup differences to network throughputs are studied about sensor network of a smart tracking system for zigbee which is established superiority over the other sensor network technologies with attributes like effective cost and low power. In this practice, network throughput comparisons of a sensor network which has twenty zigbee nodules according to three different setups in topology are examined in an area of a hundred square meter. The modelling of three constituted scenarios is actualized by opnet network simulation software. At the end of the simulations, throughputs of mesh and cluster-tree topologies are deducted better results than star topology according to throughput scales that show the efficency of network.Topological factor suggestions are presented about planning and setup stages of a sensor network in the light of the obtained results and committed evaluations.
