Abstract :
In this study, three different structural systems with the same floor plan was chosen for a reinforced concrete structure. Pure frame is selected as variables in case of the reinforced concrete wall of the basement walls and reinforced concrete frame + partially reinforced concrete wall. The impact of the structure performance class of steel and concrete variation has tried to reveal for each concrete structural system. For this purpose, along with the S220 and S420 steel grade, variable concrete classes such as C16, C20, C25, C30, C35, C40 and C50 has been selected. By using all variables, base shear force of structure, peak displacement and construction periods were obtained for each class of materials and the results were compared. When load-bearing system rigidity and material strength increases; while the construction period is reducing, the base shear force increases.
