Music Education of Lavignac And His Views on Violin Education

In this study; the book named Musical Education by Albert Lavignac was translated into Turkish by Abdülhalik Derker and published by Kanaat Publishing House in 1939 in which ideas of music education and violin training are discussed. In the book named musical education by Lavignac general ideas about musical education and thoughts in the sections of ınstrument-study-violin are classified and interpreted. For the research; specific approach is preferred for the including issues like- instruments, voice training, composition, poor music education, the teaching methods etc. Is considered that; descriptive study based on scanning model is contributory factor to this field, related publications and research will be a source for that.
