Transmitted Music in Uşak-Bergama As The Sample Area; And Rituals Which Have Been Used and Executed
Abstract :
Recorded music is used in a variety of different ways in different places . But the important point in our research is interview about Recorded Music in Usak-Bergama’s wedding with musician and wedding owner. According to Rosing, today music can be interpreted with the concept of “Transmitted Music” from the forms of technological communication. The related studies examined Helmut Rossing’s concepts of Social Interaction Music, Performance Music and Transmitted Music in details and by making an addition to Rossing’s table, the concept of recorded music is also added as a sub-category to the table of Rossing. Again, in the content of the related studies the formats of the music recorded in the modulate of Uşak and Bergama which were used by the musicians and its executive formats were determined by observation and by semi-full edited interview and various rituals used by the Recorded Music were examined according to their own paradigm. As a result, the recorded music which was added as a new concept and as today’s new music style to our perspectives was found to be widely used in many venues and channels. This type which was seen in saloon weddings within a five-year period now it is performed in wedding held outside also.
