Abstract :
Coronary artery disease taking place important among chronic disesases is first cause of adult death at industrialized countries. Patients are mobilized early period after implementation and to return more quickly daily activity life as they discharge from hospital in a short term as about one day due to reasons such as the patients do not given anesthezia during coronary angioplasty and intra coronary stent applying as treatment of coronary artery disease, to not done sternotomy and quikly improve their health at period after implementation. Patients during hospitalizing and/or after discharging from hospital can have peripheral vasculary problems, retroperitoneal hemorrhage and hematoma, acute vessel blockage, cardiac coduction failure, acute myocardial infarction, cardiogenic shock, sudden death, coronary arterial dissection or perforation, aort dissection, vagovagal reaction, sleep disorder, constipation, anorexia, psychosociological, allergic reaction and infection. Nursing care before, during and after intervention is important due to discharging patients at early period and maintaing home care of patients after discharging.
