Abstract
Falling is one of the most important situations endangering the patient safety. Many health problems and treatment strategies may increase falling risk beside patients individual characteristic and environmental factors. Especially diagnostic prosedures, anxiety, anestetics, fluid and electrolide inbalance are common causes of falling. For that reason in this article, it was presented to the reason and preventive measures of the falling in terms of surgical process, the patient and enviromental factors before and after surgery in patients underwent an surgery.
