It has been found that the correlation coefficient was r=.46-.75. There is a statistically significant correlation between these results (p .001).Factor loads of the items was found between .43 and .82. There is no significant difference between two separate applications of the scale in test-retest and correlation coefficient was high (r= .47). The Cronbach’s Alfa correlation coefficient was found .97 of the total of the scale and .83-.92 of the subscales. The results of this study determined that the “Patient Safety Culture Scale” is valid and reliable and can be used in nursing group.
