Abstract :
Aim: The aim of this study is to determine mean duration of the separation time umbilical cord from the newborn infant and to observe factors which influence separation of umbilical cord. There was a statistically significant difference between umbilical cord separation time and, length of labor (F=7.45, p=0.02). Conclusion: Umbilical cord separation time of newborn infants is affected by length of labor.
