The Importance of Abdominal Massage in Management of Constipation
Abstract :
Abdominal massage which is placed in management of constipation and is applied from nurses is safe, noninvasive and non-pharmacological method without any side effects. Abdominal massage, the area of the intestine through the abdominal wall clockwise strokes, kneading and vibration of implementation results are stimulated bowel movements. In this compilation, abdominal massage which is an effective method in management of constipation is the most important independent nursing intervention to aimed and is intended to highlight the importance.
