Determining gynecological complaints and seekıng for solutıon of geriatric women lıvıng in a family physician center region Objective:This study aims to determine the geriatric women s gynecological complaints and the seeking for solutions. Methods: We studied the voluntary elders older than 65 years-old who living in a family physician center region and between 01.06.2015- 31.07.2015. The data were collected by questionnaire containing socio-demographic, obstetric and gynecological knowledges. The data from the research has been analyzed using SPSS 11.0 statistical software, Chi Sguare test and percentage was applicated. Results: A total of 135 elders were included in the study and menopause mean age was 47.63 years. %11,1 had vaginal bleeding, %38.5 had itching, %28.9 had pelvic pain, %37.0 had incontinence. In addition to labor and distosia is related to incontinence. Conclusion: Our study suggests that geriatric women have various gynecological complaints and did not consider that, did not seeking for solutions.
