Title Of Article :
Etude exploratoire des déterminants de la gestion des émotions des micro entrepreneurs
Abstract :
If entrepreneurship takes the mark of one of the unavoidable ways of reducing unemployment and economic growth, we must still maintain this brand by focusing on support for entrepreneurial success; this because of the innumerable difficulties strewn with the entrepreneurial activity. By fiddling with entrepreneurial difficulties, we look more closely at these negative influences, including the emotional instability they install in the entrepreneur. Indeed, writings have revealed the negative emotions that can be manifested because of entrepreneurial pitfalls without indicating how to overcome them. Based on a qualitative exploratory study, this article aims to identify the factors that can help control theemotions of the entrepreneur. At the end of this research, seven factors provide support for the control of the entrepreneur s emotions: the negative emotion management experience, the technical skill, the learning, the degree of attachment to the goals, the social expression of emotions, moral support and cultural preparation.
