Education in Âşık Veysel’s Poems
Abstract :
In this study we aimed to indicate the importance of education in Âşık Veysel’s poems and in which point of view these poems should be used in education in terms of the importance and place of poems in education. In the frame of the study, we researched all of Veysel’s poems with the help of various sources and included some in our study which are related to the topic. We concentrated on how education and its importance should be dealt with in Âşık Veysel’s poems and how we should make use of his poems in education. Consequently we have the conclusion that many of Veysel’s poems can be used in education, and we make some suggestions on how his poems should be made use in education
