Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning Relationship: A Conceptual Approach
Abstract :
Most of the management scientists have not carried out any outstanding studies on both organizational learning and explaining knowledge management processes and also determining the relationship between them until the 1990s. During these years was pub-lished The Fifth Discipline and Peter Senge exposed the systematic of learning organizati-ons by explaining that successful organizati-ons of 1990s are based on the application called on organizational learning and one of the most important ways of rivaling is having faster learning ability and then the interest on the subject has gradually increased. Today, the relationship between organizational learning and knowledge management has still been discussed from different point of views. This study aims to determine the relationship between the concepts of organizational lear-ning and knowledge management, they are evaluated in the frame of the concerned lite-rature, and it is intended to expose that knowledge management and organizational learning are applications supporting each other.
