Abstract :
This article is devoted to the problems in the sphere of the Complex sentence, which is a Complex unit of syntax and its investigation. The author mentions that there are a lot of different views on the peculiarities of equal complex sentences in Linguistics, That s why it is appropriate to value each language ac-cording to its original nature. In addition, actual problems of Complex sentences in Uzbek Linguistics are discussed in the article. Nowadays there are 3 different views on the syntax problems, especially the interpretation of Complex sentences in Uzbek Linguistics. There are: Traditional syntax theories, The style of the form - task. In this style complex sentences are investigated as two or more formed predicates as (WPm+WPm). The form and the notion of the Complex sentence are the subject matter in notional syntax. The author observes using the international lin-guistics, particularly, English, German, Rus-sian, Turkish sources. Although there are problems which are necessary to discuss in syntax.
