The Political and Economic Situation in Mosul During the Ilkhanids Period
Abstract :
In this article Mosul’s political and economic status in the Ilkhanate period have been addressed. In the article, after being mentioned the governmental status of Mosul, the political events in Mosul have been discussed with being pointed out religious identity of the governers. The city’s economic status has been examined within the context of agricultural, industrial and commercial activities and the positive or negative effects on these activities have been touched upon.
