Abstract :
Rhetoric, the timely and it is subject to the rules regarding the appropriate disciplines including some otherwise stated. The essential element is associated with language and linguistics because it is said so. One of the issues on which language is expressed in the language of science have taken steps to increase the power rhetoric and linguistics are two disciplines that are closely interrelated. Another do with rhetoric of linguistic, substrate and are terms used in these articles. Turkish rhetoric has been to propose initiatives for the whole term depending on the terms subunit Arabic origin. One of these units is fesahat. Fesahat fluent pronunciation of words which means that the meaning clearer. In this study fesahat and fesahat due to subunits of Arabic term response to the proposed structure and properties of Turkish term meaning are emphasized.
