FAHİR ONGER AS A CRITIC AND HIS CRITICAL APROACH TO TURKISH LITERATURE

Fahir Onger who see the literature as a work, showed himself as a critic in Turkey between 1940 and 1971. On the other hand he discontinued to writing because of an unknown reason. He reflected his all-purpose character to his critics and enhanced his own style for the critic. In this study, it is aimed to familiarize Fahir Onger who is well known in the last periods. In other respects we tried to give his opinions about Turkish literature and his critic comprehension with his opinions about poets and writers. Fahir Onger contributed to Turkish literature and critic by his snippy language and brave critics.
