Abstract :
To cope with the globalization of markets, SMEs / SMIs should strengthen their ties to the local level. They often favor a particular internationalization where their global commercial activities are based on efficient cooperation at the local level strategy; this is the strategy of glocalization. The performances of these companies are dependent on the availability, quality and proximity of local resources. A new form of regional governance implies an explicit managerial and organizational forms reference; which have been proven in developed countries confirming the comparative advantages and local characteristics till now ignored.
