Abstract :
Human Resources are considered the most decisive factor within the organization to gain a competitive advantage. Developing the organizational implication of human resources is imperative to stimulate a lasting relationship with them. The main objective of this study is to explore the relationship between the practices of human resources management and the organizational commitment of executives working in the central offices of Moroccan banks. A total of 380 questionnaires were distributed, with 207 questionnaires retained, with a response rate of 54.47%. The results of this study show that all human resource management practices studied are positively correlated with organizational commitment.
