Abstract
This paper attempts to highlight the link between microfinance and job creation through recruitments that are part of Human Resources Management (HRM) practices. Theories of the welfarist and institutionalist schools are mobilized. The data are collected by documentary research from the first category of Cameroonian MFIs. The results show that MFIs create direct and indirect jobs. Although these created jobs are still relatively in the lows proportions, the managerial implications are formulated to try to guarantee the development of MFIs.
