Abstract :
What future do we want for the city and on what model create its growth? This question is at the heart of the crossing of the territories to organize the posterior schema development, sustainable development and equity of the territories. The territorial performance is measured on the added economic value, on models of territorial performance by its development and according to the model of territorial balance in the objective of equality to territorial vocations reconcilable, in order to succeed the transitions of the retrospective at the foresight of the city of tomorrow. The adjustments, based by the vision of spaces and localities commons, or collective in the cities, are demanding to decorate in a non-integral, of developments in actions and reconfiguration of urbanities common; these movements admit to unveil of deportations and adaptations between the absolute logic of the planning and development on the one hand, andthe social outcome of the territory. This article discusses some of the issues proposed by the emergence of spaces and public places, or even in the community, for the enhancement of heritage territorial in a perspective of territorial management and for rebalancing of regional economies. Two main logical and their confrontation can help us to clarify our problem, on the basis of the two following axs: 1. Territorial proximity and the governance of the city; 2. Territorial Intelligence: innovations and realities of interactions.
