Those who talk about decoloniality are naïve. Who dominate the world? That is the question! The Pope Francis, in his speech when receiving the Charlemagne Prize, on May 6, 2016; talked about “an equitable distribution of the land fruits and the human work” as “a moral duty”, when we are assisting to different conflits due to the chaos caused by financial struggle and terrorism, economic genocide, etc. and when all reports show that 99% of the planet’s fortune are detained by 1% of the world population. His dream risks to remain a vain wish.
