Abstract :
The present study is an analysis ofthe problems relating to the management of the protected areas in Ivory Coast. It relates mainly to the National park of Azagny whose surface passed from 30,000 hectares to independence to 19400 hectares today. Then, to understand the relationship between this moves back forest human activities and the conservation of the biodiversity, this study was initiated in the National Park of Azagny and surrounding villages. It aims main aim to evaluate the level of relation between the bordering populations and the national park of Azagny. For this purpose, the study proposes by an at the same time qualitative and quantitative approach to characterize the types of occupation of the ground. This approach requests two tools of which a questionnaire and a guide of maintenance. The study reveals that the northern sector of the National park of Azagny und ergoes the strongest human pressure. It is under the influence of human activities and the densities of the populations of the localities. This entainent risks of vulnerability of vegetable and animal diversity in this protected space.
