There has not been any other event affecting the Muslims internally as Hz. Hussein s martyrdom at Karbala incident in Islamic history. The martyrdom of Hz. Husayn and his family in Karbala has deeply affected the Islamic world and its effects have been continued non-stop from the first day of these event until the present day. The catastrophe of karbala, occurred in the period of Yazid caliph, has brought about the existence of the “Maktel-i Hüseyin” type in the Literature of Arabic, Perisan and Turkish, so dozens of works such as verse, verse-prose and prose related to the karbala incident, has been written in the literature of the Muslim community. Morover, the dirge of kerbela which describing the martyrdom of Hussein in Karbala incident have also highly preferred in the our literature. In this article, we will focus on the work written in mesnevi verse form by Şaban Kami from Diyarbakır named “Hadika-ı Ma’neviyye” regarding to the Karbala tragedy.
