Title Of Article :
Giant congenital seminal vesicle cyst as an unusual cause of prostatism: A case report
Abstract :
Seminal vesicle cysts are uncommon and become rarely symptomatic. They are generally seen at younger ages in parallel with increased sexual activity. A 53-year-old man presented with prostatism symptoms. An uniloculary cystic mass, with a thin and regular wall was detected in his right seminal vesicle by transrectal ultrasonography (USG) and computed tomography (CT). The cyst was aspirated via the suprapubic approach and the cytopathological diagnosis was benign. Symptoms of the patient improved on follow-up visits.
