Abstract :
Lipomas are common benign encapsulated tumors of adipose tissue and encountered in whole body parts. Although the lipomas are commonly localized in subcutaneous area, it may be localized in all compartments in head-neck area. The lipomas are non-infiltrative and recurrence is rare after enucleating surgery. In this paper, we present an unexpected difficult tracheal intubation case having two giant lipomas in occipital area.
