Dear Colleagues,We are presenting the September 2012 issue of our journal.It is a very nice development that we can publish articles from foreign countries in each issue.As the autmn and the new educational year begin, we are expecting more articles with high scientific value produced by the enthusiasm of working from our precious readers who have a great role in advancing our journal to its current place.
