Abstract :
Dear colleaguesWe are at the end of the publication year and we keep on progressing on our way. Now, we are targeting a new reconstruction in the following year. We hope to see you at every step in order to provide an institutional structure.If we can reach our essential target of reaching qualified number of articles, we may have a chance to apply to indexes such as SCI-expanded. However we should strive for this purpose. To achieve this, we need to mainstay the stability of our journal and increase the quality of publications. So patience and diligent work will raise us.
