Abstract :
In this study, The levels K, P, Na, Mg and Ca of horse mackerel (Trachurusmediterraneus) and haddock (Merlangius merlangus) fish caught from Blacksea were compared. In research, 15 fish (two replication) were used for ever group. The tissue samples were measured with ICP-OES (Inductively Coupled Plasma-Mass Spectrometer) device. The values K, P, Na, Mg and Ca in tissue of haddock fish were higher according to horse mackerel fish (p 0,05). This study shows that haddock fish may be more beneficial to human diet according to mackerel fish.
