Abstract :
Agricultural sector in our country can be counted as a main sector in terms of employment, contributionto national income and exportation, and food safety. For this reason, it is utilized as a sector having greatimportance and distinguished from other sectors in its economic, social, political and technical aspects.However, generally in our country, and specifically in the region under investigation, it is not exactlytaken advantage of this potential in an optimum level. Therefore, with this research, it is tried to set out the suggestions about development of plant production in Arıt Region in Bartın, and such a research thatcan be adapted all over the country.
