Abstract :
This research aimed to investigation for pollinizer parameters of some caprifig genotypes selected from Hatay, Turkey. In the research, Altınkaya1, Harbiye1, Harbiye5, Hisarcık3, Kışlak2, Kışlak4 genotypes and Ak İlek, Armut İlek, Elma İlek, Hamza, Küçük Konkur, Taşlık cultivars were used. Full ripening, percentages of Blastophaga exit from profichi fruits, number of fruit per shoot, fruit weight (g), fruit diameter (mm), fruit length (mm), fruit neck length (mm), ostiole width (mm), fruit skin color (L, a, b, C ve h°), number of Blastophaga and Philotrypesis exit per fruit, number of male flower per fruit, number of anther per flower, number of pollen production and pollen viability (%) were measured in the all of caprfig genotypes. Number of fruit per shoot of caprifig genotypes was determined varied from 3.0 to 8.2, fruit weight varied from 17.21 to 36.89 g, fruit length varied from 37.54 to50.25 mm, ostiole width varied from 0.65 to 5.11 mm, number of Blastophaga exit per fruit varied from 119 to 480. Harbiye1 genotype had the a* positive value and lower C and h° values which showed the black skin color. According to results of weighted characterization, Altınkaya1, Hisarcık3 and Kışlak4 genotypes compared with standard caprifig cultivars were found to be promising for the pollinizer characteristics.
