Alewis are a nomadic society because there is almost no written source. But they were able to transfer up to present orally. In research, women’s headdress aleyçin, which is the owner of an original character fed by religious values, is tried to be evaluated with the traditional features within Turkish clothing culture. The villages include Alewi communities which are of Turkish origin, maintain Turkish culture and viability of the traditions by public. In village weddings, women’s headdress aleyçin, an integral part of bride’s dress becaming a tradition depending on the system of belief, is evaluated in terms of cultural proporties within the framework of a way of life other than political ideology.
