Abstract :
Cancer is a complex and important disease that leading cause of death worldwide. Conventional therapeutic methods have some side effects in cancer treatment such as non – specific drug delivery, multi drug resistance. Furthermore with conventional diagnostic techniques it is not possible early cancer detection. Recent progress in nanotechnology offers unique opportunities in cancer diagnosis and treatment. Highlights of this review are about use of nanotechnology in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
