Abstract :
Learning cycles are established models in science education within a constructivist approach. Learning cycle models are consist of follow up each other 3, 5 or 7 stages, these stages are not discrete or linear. Learning cycle applications have effective in encouraging students to think creatively and critically as well as developing positive attitudes toward science. It thinking that they will be support to better understanding of scientific concepts and improving science process skills, and cultivating advanced reasoning skills. This paper focuses on student and teacher tasks in each stage of 5E and 7E learning cycle models and likely utilities of models discusses by results of newly studies. By aim expanding the learning cycle applications in science education, it is proposed that should give place to learning cycle models in teacher training processes.
