Abstract :
In that study it was aimed to investigate problem posing activities in primary school mathematicscurriculum (1th-5th grades). Data of the study was collected by using document analysis technique.Descriptive analysis technique was used for data analysis. According to results of study it can beconcluded that problem posing activities took place in number and measurement learning areas but not in data and geometry learning areas. Number of the problem posing objectives in curriculum heighten in accordance with classroom levels. Explanations of problem posing activities exist in some sub-learning areas, but in some not. In curriculum it can be seen that free problem posing acitivities are much more placed than other types of problem posing acitivities but only in a few activities semi-structured problem posing activities are placed.
