Abstract :
Turkish language teachers take responsibility to make students acquire aims and objectives determined in the curriculum. It is important for Turkish language teachers to be a graduate by having necessary professional and field knowledge and skills and by performing necessary applications in accordance with the situations that can be encountered in educational environment. In this respect, the school experience course, applied for the graduate classes in fall semester and which is studied within faculty for one hour theoretical part and for four hours in secondary school is important in terms of giving pre-service teachers a chance to train themselves. In this study, it is aimed to determine attitudes of Turkish Language Teachers towards the course of school experience. The sample part of the study consists of 81 pre-service Turkish Language teachers studying at faculty of the education at the universities of Adıyaman and Çukurova between the 2012-2013 school years. In the study, an attitude scale was used as a tool to collect data. After conducting the scale, data obtained from the results were analyzed using percentage from the descriptive statistical techniques. According to the findings, attitudes of the pre-service Turkish Language Teachers are evaluated and it is revealed that their attitudes are generally favourable.
