The Examination of The School Servants Memories as an Element of School s Human Resources

The purpose of this research is to determine the primary, secondary and high school servants (janitor) s the behavioural patterns in their problems and solutions according to their stories (memories) and at this concept to develop suggestions aiming at researchers and practitioners. The model of the research is selected the narrative inquiry design of qualitative research designs according to the nature of the research. We used unstructured interview technique in this research. The sample of this research composed of 235 participants who work as school servants. We used easily accessible (convenient) sampling technique from purposeful sampling techniques. Descriptive and content analysis techniques were used for analyzing of the data of the study. According to the findings of this research, the majority of the memories of school servants were composed of negative content such as problems of physical building, behavioral disorder, and communication methods problems.
