EVALUATION OF COMPOSITE PLATE’S MECHANICAL AND PHYSICAL PROPORTIES FROM USING TEA AND RED PINE WASTES WITH FUZZY LOGIC
Abstract :
The purpose of this study, particle board produced with tea waste (Camellia sinensis),with some of the features of experimental methods to identify and evaluate the results be modelled with fuzzy logic method. For this purpose, tea waste with waste red pine logs (Pinus brutia), mixed with various ratios of urea formaldehyde glue a certain period of time, pressure and temperature and the mixture is pressed for the proportion of each type of glue made and 15 pieces made of particle board. On the plates, the resistance to bending, perpendicular to the surface tension, the thickness of the swelling and modulus of elasticity were also determined. Experimental results of the numerical values obtained after determination of compliance with TSE-EN 310,317,319 standards are modeled with fuzzy logic method, fuzzy logic values are compared with actual values. As a result of modeling accuracy between the predicted values with actual values were assessed by regression analysis there.
