Abstract :
Karadeniz region is the most risky region of landslide in our country and Trabzon is the most affected city from landslides. The population of the Region is affected a lot from the landslides occuring because of higher treshold level of mean precipitation and the terrain structure of the region. In this study, factors causing lanslides and the effects of these landslides on the population of the region is studied.
