Abstract :
Intelligent technologies in the pursuit of electrical energy are not only a system that can be used by energy companies but also systems that consumers can benefit from. Home or office customers can perform budget planning by monitoring the electricity consumption values instantly. It can also control the amount invoiced by the electricity distribution company. In this study, it is aimed to read the consumption amounts of digital electricity meters, transfer them to the web environment and to obtain inferences from consumption values. An Arduino Mega development board is used to read values from digital counters. The GSM module is placed on the Arduino to transfer the received data to the web. Data from the counter in 1 second period is recorded in MySQL database in the web environment at 15-minute intervals. The data in the database with the interface software is shown to the user in time periods. As a result, it will prevent mistakes that may occur in invoicing with work. In addition, it is aimed to save energy with control of consumption budget.
